We are looking for part-time support for our domain and IT team as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the implementation of standardised domain and IT processes in our office in Mannheim.

deLink GmbH was founded in 1998 by experienced IT experts in Stuttgart. For more than 20 years, we have been reliably and creatively seeking and finding custom-fit solutions for our customers' requirements.
Since 2007, our company headquarters have been located in the beautiful Hanseatic city of Hamburg. From here, we always have a view of what our customers throughout Europe currently need and will need in the future for the successful realisation of their web and internet projects.

Your tasks:

Acceptance and processing of enquiries and orders regarding domains (registration, purchase, sale, modification, deletion)
Dealing with SSL certificates: Consulting, generation, validation, deployment and installation
Processing support requests from the ticket system, by e-mail and by telephone
Maintenance of product-relevant documents and prices
Handling of payment transactions and correspondence with registries and registrars worldwide in various currencies and languages
Monitoring of registration conditions and implementation of updates
Verification and validation of documents such as HR statements, powers of attorney, trademark certificates
Maintenance of workflows and internal documentation as well as the helpdesk for customers

Your profile:

Talent and common sense are more important to us than good grades or your educational background.
Professional experience in active customer support is desirable, but not mandatory. During the training phase, you will learn everything that is necessary to perform the job.
Enjoy communicating with customers, in a team and across departments
Computer skills and user competences as well as interest in the IT or internet industry
Structured way of working, self-organisation and reliability
Language skills: German (fluent), basic written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage

Verification and validation of documents such as HR statements, powers of attorney, trademark certificates
Updating registration conditions
Maintenance of workflows and internal documentation as well as the helpdesk for customers

Your profile:

You are studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field such as (business) computer science, system administration, mathematics, data science, etc., or you are studying something completely different and would like to make a lateral move into the IT industry.
Your schedule offers enough freedom for 15 to 20 working hours per week
Enjoy communicating with customers, in a team and across departments

Your profile:

You are studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field such as (business) computer science, system administration, mathematics, data science, etc., or you are studying something completely different and would like to make a lateral move into the IT industry.
Your schedule offers enough freedom for 15 to 20 working hours per week
PHP & MySQL knowledge is required. Basic knowledge in LINUX commands and administration as well as HTML & CSS advantageous.

We arrange a 30-minute conversation via Microsoft Teams to get to know each other.

3. one-time trial work on site

You visit us for half a day in our office in Mannheim.

You will receive your employment contract and your work equipment from us.

* We pay a flat rate of EUR 100.00 for trial work days, including travel and departure costs.
In the case of full remote jobs, the trial work can of course also be carried out remotely.
