Happy New Year!
Just in time for the start of 2016, deLink updated its mail system to a new version on 1 January. All mails, data and settings were transferred and were available again after a timeout of just under 60 minutes. During this time, incoming mails were temporarily stored and then delivered.
The most important innovation concerns the administration interface, which has been completely redesigned. It is available in many languages and is largely self-explanatory. If you have any questions about it, you can find up-to-date instructions for the most important functions on the corresponding FAQ page at www.delink.de.
The webmail interface has also been given a facelift. Note: Some customers are reporting difficulties when logging into the new webmail interface for the first time. If you are unable to log in (e.g. because Internal Server Error is displayed), there may be a problem with the cookies stored in the browser for the previous version of webmail. In this case, try the following steps:
- Close all browser windows and repeat the login process several times if necessary.
- Try a different browser (IE, FireFox, Chrome, Safari).
- Delete all cookies from mail.delink-ssl.net in your browser and try again
